What's next - People to try it out, and tell you that it's working. And from there, revise and improvise.
I've been reading lots on running books, from training to nutrition, to gain knowledge on improving my running performance. At the same time, I'm also looking towards coaching (doesn't matter what kind as long as I'm able to help someone to achieve what they want to achieve). And here there are people who needs diet plans, easy but efficient ones (especially the females =p).
I have a friend in London who I'd tailored a plan to help her shed 2 kg within a month. So far so good, 500g (not water) lost within 2 weeks. Within expectations. But the end is subjected to her consistency and preseverance. And of course, the limit to the plan I devised. Well, we'll know soon enough in the next 1 week. She's my first white-mice, or my pride.
Today, my cousin announced in FaceBook that he needs to get fit so that he could be good looking during his brother's wedding 3 months later. 3 months, not a problem if he keeps his discipline in his diet. So I offered to help. Now we'll make it a 2 months plan and go from there. How good am I in this? We'll know later...
This reciprocity in helping behavior is a great way for me to help others, and for others to help me back through reviews and revision. I grow together with them. That's the best way to learn...
