HMOTD #15: When You Know You’re Declared “HEALTHY” For The First Time in Your Life

Are you health conscious? I definitely am at recent times, with strict diets and workout regimens to follow so that I could significantly reduce my body’s visceral fat, and increase my overall body strength to prepare for my marathon training 2 months later, once my leg’s healed that is.

As mentioned in this post, I went for my 1st-time-in-my-life body checkup. And am excited to get my results on that day itself (but sadly by time my report is ready, they’ll be closed, hence I only got my report today).

My score was within the “healthy” range for everything from hematology to urine feme of 58 elements. Except for 2 of them, being "slightly higher than normal LDL", and "slightly lower than normal Specific Gravity" (still don’t know what is this after googling, but doesn’t seem to be important, I guess =p).

So, there’s my scores as baseline. I know my body better now, and what should I be careful with. Time to change my diet again! It’s always fun to do this:

Getting to know something new -- Decision to change -- Gaining more knowledge -- Plan -- Execute Plan -- See results

I'M DECLARED

HEALTHY

AWESOME!
