Isn't it great if there's such restaurant where what's in there just made your day better, or just made you a happy guy!
Well, there's one!
I went with my friend to this Japanese Casual Restaurant - Watami @ Pavillion KL to try the food out since I can't make do of what does CASUAL means (and yet I still don't grasp the meaning after looking at the menu).
Food aside, what impressed us was their customer service attitude! They squat beside us throughout the "ordering ordeal", like we were his majesty! XD; They told us to be careful of the hot plate, and taught us how best to eat our food; They apologized if there's anything wrong; They bowed everytime after serving us. Heck, how long since any of you readers here see such great attitude in waiter/waitresses?! Loved them! (although their language could be improved (their employees are from different countries)).
Food was nice, in addition to that fabulous service we had, I gave them full marks on their feedback form! (Which I was finding for one when my food came, but never even bother to look at it in any other restaurants).
Shouldn't all restaurants have waiter/waitresses with that attitude? What had happened to the service industry?! Nevertheless, it gave me a great insight and experience. It totally made my day too!
