HMOTD #17: The Fruit has Riped...


"always been in me to be part of change, and to be the change itself. Everywhere I go, I desire to make a positive change to that place, whatever it is..."

Been 7 months in this company. Within the first month, I proposed a change of environment in the office. As daring I was, only the pantry plan was executed. The Game Plan however, failed due to feasibility.But the main purpose was to create a culture of change, so that the others would follow, to take initiative to improve both themselves, and the environment they work in. It was the mission...

Fast forward 7 months. An authority figure was brought into my department to overlook and improve efficiency and productivity of our work. An interview session with every employee was held...

My colleague stopped me when I was walking by her and asked me "could I ask a favor from you, with reference to the pantry survey you did last time?". I wanted to grin, but waited for it. She told me that our "missionary" would like to implement after-work activities or get-togethers to improve bonding, encourage a positive working environment, and sustaining talents (I suppose). Could I help to do some research and administer a survey to get some ideas on what would we like to do?

Not only was I remembered for my previous initiative, the "game plan" that failed initially was also revived and brought to a whole new level for implementation! GREAT! Now that's what I call:
